- A Q&A session is included for both gymnasts and parents.
- A nutrition consultation, injury prevention session and a mental performance call are included for gymnasts to use after the clinic.

*There is no difference between the days/sessions other than time. All team levels are welcome at either session (Levels 2-10 & all levels of Xcel). Athletes will be grouped by level.*
Registration Options
Signature – $350
Includes the 4-hour clinic:
- Goal-setting journal
- Routine analysis
- Nutrition consultation, a mental performance call, and a PT consultation
VIP – $550
Includes the 4-hour clinic, and everything in Signature Registration plus:
- 45-minute VIP session with the guest coaches on Friday, August 28 in the evening (session will be at 6:15pm or 7:15pm)
- Interactive Q&A with the guest coaches
- VIP swag bag with signed photos, Access to exclusive event leotards
Ultra VIP – $650
Includes everything in the VIP & Signature Registration plus:
- 60-minutes with the celebrity guest coaches on Friday, August 28 (5:00-6:00PM)
- Ultra VIP swag bag with personalized signed photos
- Exclusive group Instagram reel with the guest coaches
- Exclusive event shirt
Important Notes
- Virtual sessions scheduled after the clinic
- No individual photos or autographs with Jade and Emma will be permitted outside of the VIP / Ultra VIP sessions
- Parents are welcome to take photos and record their athletes during the clinic
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality experience for all participants and to properly plan staffing and resources, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations 30+ Days Prior to the Clinic: You have two options
- Account Credit: Receive a credit toward a future clinic, Virtual Judging service, or Savvy Performance service, minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund to the original method of payment, minus a $50 administrative and processing fee.
Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Clinic: Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original clinical date.

Registration Options
Signature – $350
4-hour clinic (May 31) + goal-setting journal, virtual routine analysis, nutrition consult, PT session, and mental performance call.
VIP – $550 (30 spots)
Includes everything in Signature Registration plus:
- 1-hour VIP session meet & greet with the coaches on Saturday, May 30 (5:00–6:00PM or 6:30–7:30PM)
- Interactive Q&A with the coaches, autographs, and individual pictures with guest stars
- Exclusive group Instagram reel with the coaches
- VIP swag bag with signed photos of Jade Carey and Katelyn Ohashi
- Access to exclusive event leotards
Ultra VIP – $650 (10 spots)
Includes everything in VIP & Signature Registration plus:
- 90 minutes with the coaches on Saturday, May 30 (4:30–6:00PM)
- Ultra VIP swag bag with personalized signed photos from Jade Carey and Katelyn Ohashi
- Event tank top
